Looking for some free stuff, are we? You’ve come to the right place – this is where I keep it! Think of this page as the perfect place to get a feel for the work that I do, and whether it is right for you, in your own time and without having to commit (we only just met, darling!). From this page you’ll be directed to all my best free stuff, and the low cost resources to help you on your way. Check out the video below for a little chat about how it all works.

My blog
Unless I’m stupendously busy with awesome projects, I blog every Wednesday. The blog is here to talk about real issues that affect real healers and spiritual seekers, as well as to explain useful techniques and answer some of the most common questions put to me over the years. They are pretty straight talking, and I promise not to use fluffy terms or a weird, spiritual voice, and I share my own processes too as I don’t wear what I call ‘the teacher’s mask of perfection’!

Tips for shamanic journeying – The practice of journeying is employed in some form by every shamanic practitioner I have ever met, and is part of what is often referred to as ‘core shamanism’. These two blogs offer some trouble-shooting advice for your journeying:
